The president's message

My fellow members,

Firstly, as a member of the RSCV, I am proud and passionate about our club, the only club that entertains its members all year round. Now as your President, I feel closer to you and I know that I can count on your usual help, to make the clun stronger.

I take the opportuny to thank Michael Plaiche and Danielle Plaiche who have left the
committee this year - I am sure that both Michael and Danielle will remain dedicated members that we can all count on. I also welcome Robert Templin and Fock yan Hotunam on the new committee.

The RSCV clun exists only because fo you, the valuable and talented members, I would ask each one of you to work constructively together so that:

"Together We Create a Better Famly"

We have a few important things to work on during the coming 12 months and one of which is our finances. Over the past years we have been working hard to set ourselves to have a healthy financial position. I am confident that we will continue to improve our finances. Another important matter that we will finalise within the next six months is our constitution. We have put a sub-committee in place to handle all the changes that we need to make. Please support the sub-committee and come along to the imformation session on Sunday 9th October, 2011.

We organize a lot of activities during the year to raise funds for the club. I make an appeal to you all to attend as many functions as possible and to bring your friends along. You will be proud to show your friends what your club is doing and how good it feels to be a member of the RSCV.

I would like to talk to each one of you about your views and your ideas about the future, so please come along to the information sessions as it is a good forum for everyone to express his/her views.
